Here's What Happens the Day of the Class or Party
Dear host/hostess,
You will have the party everyone will be talking about!!! You set the table, provide the wine for the party and let the chef take over from there. That's it, that's all. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook!
I will arrive thirty minutes before the guests to help set up the kitchen for the party. When the guests arrive, we offer them a little something to eat while they sip their wine (alcohol is optional on request of the host) and get acquainted. Then they step in to the kitchen for a 1 1/2 to 2 hour cooking class which will be an unbelievable culinary experience.
In the kitchen I will guide the group through the entire three to four-course meal, sharing tips and techniques to make it all run smoothly. The guests sit down to the dinner that has been prepared and offer a toast to a job well done.
Remember there isn't a grade given. You can be as involved in the class as you want to be or not. You will still have a superb dinner made exclusively for you in your on home.

Where Do You Throw a Cooking Party?
All cooking parties are thrown in your own home. As long as you can have enough space to lay a cutting board down for each student you do. Remember kitchen counters are great but a covered dining room table works just as well. What a fantastic ice breaker for new neighbors or a great way to entertain friends and family. I will bring other fun equipment that professional chefs use in their kitchens.
What about the menu?
You can choose a menu that you would like to cook or I can create one for you using your favorite cuisine. Once the menu/recipes and or specific cooking techniques are selected I will provide you with a shopping list including quantities of what to buy and suggestions one where to purchase them. Many customers have their favorite shops and grocery stores. If you would rather have the Chef do the shopping there will be an additional charge.
Prices
In home cooking classes for two starts at $125.00 add $50.00 for each additional student.

Birthday Surprise Gift!!! A Grand Idea.
The host surprised a lifelong friend with her own personalized Chefskills101 cooking class.
Delicious Menu for this Birthday Surprise!!!
The friends started with an herbed filled goat cheese paread served with toasted pita bread, a micro-green salad with macerated strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette.
The main course was chicken saltimbocca, spinach gnocchi, fresh tomato sauce and the meal was finished with warm grilled pound cake, vanilla bean ice cream and topped with flambeed cherries and cognac.
